Sleep diary analysis - Following your discovery call and you enrolling on the plan I will send you a sleep diary template. I will ask you to complete 3-5 days worth of sleep logs, this will also include meal times, day time activities and your daily routines. When this is returned I will spend time analysing your logs and creating a detailed sleep plan to support your little ones sleep needs.
A 1 hour consultation via video call to talk through the plan to ensure you are aware of what needs to be done and how I will be supporting you going forward.
You will have 3 weeks worth of WhatsApp support - Here we will catch up to see how the plan is going and make any tweaks that may be needed (if any) - It may be that I ask you to continue the sleep log so we can make sure the changes made are impactful.
