I’m Shellie - Certified sleep coach, Degree qualified Early years professional with over 21 years of experience within the early years sector, Early years tutor and most importantly, Mum of 2 beautiful children (now aged 12 and 9). I have fought the bed time battles myself, I know what it feels like to put them back to bed 50 times a night, to be so overwhelmed with the bedtime routine and to be just utterly exhausted!

I spent hours looking online at conflicting advice and tried every trick in the book but still got no-where. This is where is looked for help in the form of a sleep consultant and this changed my life.
